Agricultural Extension
The Loudon County Agricultural Extension Service strives to provide community members with quality research-based information which will improve their quality of life through agriculture, family consumer science, community resource development, and 4-H/youth development programs.
Animal Shelter
The Loudon County Animal Shelter is a county-run animal control facility and animal shelter. The shelter takes in between 200 to 300 animals each month.
Convenience Centers
Loudon County has three recycling and convenience centers, located in Greenback, Lenoir City, and Loudon.

Election Commission
The Loudon County Election Commission is responsible for voter registration, conducting all Elections in Loudon County, and maintaining the voters rolls for the county.
Libraries
The Loudon County Public Library System is comprised of five libraries operated in partnership with the five principle communities in Loudon County.
Office of Planning
The Loudon County Office of Planning & Community Development is a county-wide planning agency serving Loudon County, Lenoir City, City of Loudon, City of Greenback, and the City of Philadelphia.
Solid Waste Disposal
Loudon County landfill services are provided by Santek Environmental, Inc.
