Loudon County Meetings Rescheduled

The following Loudon County meetings have been CANCELLED and RESCHEDULED:

  1. Public Hearing for the FY 2015 budget originally scheduled for July 30, 2014 at the Courthouse Annex has been CANCELLED AND RESCHEDULED (see below)
  2. Loudon County Budget Committee meeting originally scheduled for July 31, 2014 at the County Office Building has been CANCELLED AND RESCHEDULED (see below).
  3. Loudon County Commission Meeting originally scheduled for August 4, 2014 at the Courthouse Annex has been CANCELLED AND RESCHEDULED (see below).

LOUDON COUNTY HAS SCHEDULED THE FOLLOWING MEETINGS IN LIEU OF THE CANCELLATIONS NOTED ABOVE:

  1. A Public Hearing for the FY 2015 budget will be held on Wednesday, August 6, 2014, 6 PM at the Courthouse Annex.
  2. Loudon County Budget Committee will meet on Thursday, August 7, 2014, 9 AM at the County Office Building.
  3. Loudon County Commission will meet in regular session on Friday, August 8, 2014 at 6PM at the Courthouse Annex.

Loudon County Budget Committee Public Hearing (Revised)

The Loudon County Budget Committee will hold a public hearing on the budgets for Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2014 and ending June 30, 2015 on Wednesday, August 6, 2014 at 6:00 P.M. at the Courthouse Annex. The proposed property tax rate to support all budgets is $1.8587 on each $100.00 of taxable property outside the city limits of Lenoir City, and $1.5387 on each $100.00 of taxable property inside the city limits of Lenoir City. Loudon County Commission will meet in Workshop Session on Monday, July 14, 2014 at 6:00 P.M. at the County Office Building.

Loudon County Budget Committee will meet on Tuesday, July 15, 2014 at 9:00 A.M. at the County Office Building.

Loudon County Budget Committee will meet on Thursday, July 31, 2014 at 9:00 A.M. at the County Office Building.

Special Called Meeting

A Special Called Meeting will be held at the County Office Building on Thursday, June 26, 2014 at 10:30 A.M. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss a mutual aid agreement between priority ambulance service and rural metro ambulance service pertaining to services for Loudon County.

Loudon County Library Board Called Meeting

The Loudon County Library Board will have a Called Meeting on Tuesday, June 17, 2014 at 5:00 P.M. at the County Office Building. The purpose of the meeting is to fill the Philadelphia Public Library Manager position and discuss the OSAP funding formula.
